Sim Skins
Why this drill
A simulator round against friends — or your own best ball — with something riding on every hole is the closest home golf gets to tournament pressure. Skins format keeps every swing alive: one great hole wins the pot the way one great hole should.
Setup
A simulator course, nine holes, two to four players (or solo against your saved previous round). Stakes that sting harmlessly: loser racks the balls, buys the coffee, or logs the winner's drill session.
The drill
Standard skins: each hole is worth one skin, ties carry the skin forward, most skins wins. Full routine on every shot — the format's entire training value is that each swing owns a consequence, so treat the sim tee like a first tee. Solo, play against your best prior round hole by hole; the ghost is a fair and merciless opponent. Log the result. Pressure practiced in the garage is pressure spent before Saturday.

Routine before every shot — the pot doesn't care that it's Tuesday.
